Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges are only available when the order was incorrect. (Example: The customer placed an order for Brazilian hair and was sent Mongolian hair) or incorrect lengths were sent. Under no circumstances will be exchange the hair once it has been opened, unraveled, combed through,  or worn. If a mistake was made on our part contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and we will gladly exchange the product for what was originally ordered.
