How long will it take to process and ship my order?
Online processing takes up to 2-3 business days depending on holidays and order volume. Once the processing is complete, the order will be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day which is Monday.
Are orders allowed to be changed?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be altered. To ensure a timely delivery and accurate product we do not allow changes once the order is placed, so our team strongly advises
What is the return policy?
Returns and Exchanges are only available when the order was incorrect. (Example: The customer placed an order for Brazilian hair and was sent Mongolian hair) or incorrect lengths were sent. Under no circumstances will be exchange the hair once it has been opened, unraveled, combed through, or worn. If a mistake was made on our part contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and we will gladly exchange the product for what was originally ordered.
